I'm back. I know no one reads this but figuring the summer is coming close, and I'll be bored out of my mind in Orlando all summer time, I thought I'd might as well start back up so it gives me something to do.

Lets get back at it.

O's:

The O's won last night 6-4 bringing their record to 3-4. Kevin Millar hit his second homerun in as many days after starting the season 1 for 14. He also did his best Ray Lewis impression. Melvin Mora had another good night, going 2 for 4 with another RBI. After starting the season 1 for 12, he's leading the team with 8 RBI, which also puts him as third in the AL. Daniel Cabrera was the big story of the night. Cabrera has had a strong first two starts of the season, going 14.2 innings, with only 4 walks (none last night) and 14 strikeouts. If he can keep hitting the plate, expect 15+ wins and a sub 3 ERA because his stuff is nasty.

Bedard, Loewen and Cabrera have all given the O's reasons to be excited for the season to come. Even Steve Trachsel gave a solid 6.2 innings start the first time around. John Parrish, who has come out of the bullpen to pitch in 5 games so far, has been a pleasant surprise and given the O's another left-handed option. Jaret Wright pitches tonight hoping for much better results than his first time out when he gave up 6 runs in just 2.1 innings of work. Gametime: 7:05 vs Tigers. Jaret Wright (0-1) vs Nate Robertson (1-0).

NFL:

Both Pacman Jones of the Tennessee Titans and Chris Henry of the Cincinnati Bengals were suspended today. Roommates at West Virginia, these two can't seem to stay out of trouble.

Terps: After a good rookie campaign, Terps guard Greivis Vasquez talks about his season and plans for the future. TRANSLATION. Not much can be said about the kid, besides he is a warrior and a winner. Terps fans should be excited about the young backcourt duo of Vasquez and fellow freshman Eric Hayes in the future.

NFL Draft news to come. Also, a breakdown of my fantasy football predictions from last year, Terps recruiting news and more O's predictions.
